We will be happy to add the gift card note to your order as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Check your order status by visiting the My Account (yellow tab at the top of every page) section and select See Orders. If the Order Status is marked Fulfilled or Billed, your package has already been shipped. Shipped orders cannot be modified.

If you ordered gift wrap with the items you purchased, but forgot to put a gift card note in the box next to the style you chose, please contact us. In the Subject Line type: “Add gift card note to order # xxxxx” (substitute your order number for the xxxxx). Enter the name of the person who placed the order and the gift card note.

If you did not purchase gift-wrap with your order, but still would like to add a gift message to the packing slip, please follow the same procedure above.

YES . The Packing List is just like a gift receipt you get from a store. It is only a list of items included in the shipping carton to ensure that what was ordered was packed in the box. The Packing List will be inside the gift or item box so that it will not reveal the contents of the gift until after it is unwrapped.

The Packing List does not show the price you paid for the gift. It is similar to a gift receipt you might get when shopping at a store.

The receipt that includes the total amount paid is sent via email automatically at the time of order to the person who made the purchase.

1. Click on the Gift Wrap Service yellow tab in the menu on the top of each page.
2. Choose the style of wrap for your gift.
3. Enter your gift card message.
4. Add the wrap to the Shopping Cart where it will show as a separate line item.

You may select multiple gift wraps for items in the same order as long as the entire order is being sent to the same address. For example, two items are being sent to Grandma and Grandpa, a separate gift for each. Here’s how:

1. Put the first item in the shopping cart.
2. Select the gift-wrap style from the Gift Wrap tab (at the top of every page). Enter the gift card note in the box next to the gift-wrap style.
3. Put the second item in the shopping cart.
4. Select the gift-wrap style from the Gift Wrap tab. Enter the gift card note in the box next to the gift-wrap style.

When you review your Shopping Cart, you will see each item with the gift-wrap and gift note underneath it. Please review your order for accuracy and make any changes before Checkout.

Note: You are not required to wrap each item individually. For example, you may send multiple anniversary gifts to a couple with only one gift-wrap and gift card note.

No. You may have the gift-wrapped items sent to the address of your choice. Note that the system only allows for one shipping address per order. If you are shipping a gift-wrapped package outside the U.S., please be aware that Customs may open the gift wrapped item during its inspection process.
